Dark Chocolate Crunch are our take on this classic flavour adored by chocolate lovers world wide.
What makes our dark chocolate different, is our use of organic virgin coconut oil to soften chocolate and make it wayyyy more creamy and melt-in-your mouth (not chalky or waxy at all!)
Dark Chocolate Crunch hearts are lightly sweetened with Canadian maple syrup, a touch of lucuma and coconut butter (to give a more rounded out flavour), and is secretly co-sweetened with locally grown BC green stevia.
Also, as with all our products, we don't use any refined sugars, so every ingredient in our dark chocolate is nourishing and jam packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and more.
The hearts are sprinkled with heirloom cacao nibs to provide a delicious and satisfying crunch.

Each handcrafted chocolate is infused with reiki energy to harmonize and lighten the chocolate (when you try it you may sense it) and is made with conscious intention to bring forward to best of what ceremonial grade cacao has to offer.
The flavours of heirloom cacao vary widely!
So for every batch, the recipe is customized to bring out the best of the unique flavour notes of the cacao we are working with. We balance flavours using intuitive guidance by both physically adding bit extra coconut oil, cacao, maple - or whatever the chocolate calls for, as well as energetically adjusting the flavours.
If you don't believe us, don't worry, you will still benefit from and taste the palatable difference that flavour balancing with energy makes ;)
