To ship to the USA, we use DHL and send your order in insulated packages with ice packs overnight to keep the product as fresh and in-tact as possible.
All our products are made with a very high quality fresh pressed virgin coconut oil - so they melt faster than regular chocolate and need to be kept cold. When your order arrives, please put it in the freezer right away.
Shipping Cost + Tips for USA Orders
1. Shipments to the USA are $50 USD which includes overnight delivery, special packaging and transactions costs.
2. To view prices in USD, please ensure you select 'United States' at the bottom left of the screen.
3. Please note the delivery fee is a fixed fee. It does not increase with more chocolate! This means you will get much better value for your shipment if you order more chocolate. Click here to read about storage and shelf life. In short, GLOW does not expire if you store it properly.
We understand that for some first time customers, it feel may feel over indulgent to be spending a larger amount on chocolate. A reminder, that while GLOW tastes sinfully decadent, GLOW Chocolate (especially our line of dark chocolate and no added sugar GLOWBall Truffles and Keto Karamels) is more of a food than a candy or sugary treat in terms of nutritional profile. Many GLOW lovers enjoy a piece of GLOW on the daily to stave off sugar cravings and for energy boosts throughout the day. You can even enjoy for breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea.
We also offer 5% and 10% off orders over $60 and $120 offering your further savings on larger orders.
3. While we offer assorted boxes for local delivery, we do not always recommend our GLOW Everything Assorted Box for US customers.
This is because if the product partially melts, or simply gets rattled around by being in transit - products with different flavour profiles can rub off on each other and you may not have as enjoyable an experience. Also if your order is the odd one that arrives melted, you can still enjoy your order afterwards.
If you live in a colder climate and you are ordering in the winter, than ordering the Everything mixed box is less of a risk.
If there is a product or flavour you are curious to try but not ready to purchase a larger bulk box, please let us know and we can make arrangements for you to purchase a smaller package of 4 - 6 pieces. The cost will be more per piece, but you can try it out with less risk!
4. If you are having trouble deciding what to order, please send us a message including your flavour preference and any dietary restrictions you may have along with an approximate budget and we can suggest an order for you.
5. We suggest a minimum order of $100 USD to get the most value from your shipment. Our line of barks and mini hearts as well as our GLOWBall Truffle Instant mix are our best value options.
Important. Please Read Before Completing your Order.
1. Due to current situations in the world, sometimes DHL is unable to offer overnight delivery to certain places in the US. After you place your order we will check weekly to ensure they are offering overnight delivery.
We kindly ask for your patience as we do our best to navigate shipping a temperature sensitive product in a world of uncertainty.
2. Once the order is placed you will receive tracking information to your cell phone from DHL. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact DHL directly. We are unable to contact them on your behalf unless your product arrives damaged or melted we will work with you to get a full a refund.
3. We add on insurance to every order we send the USA. The odd time, packages get stuck for 2 - 3 days and arrive melted. This is more of an issue during the summer or if the delivery is going to a warm location. If this happens, please take a picture of your order and send it to hello@glowchocolate.love We will work with DHL to get you a full refund.
If the chocolate does arrive melted, it is still delicious and edible! Just not pretty in presentation. Get creative. Stick it into the freezer. Make it into a bark. Enjoy!
4. Often times, the delivery update will show the package is arriving 2 - 3 days later but will arrive on time the next day in good condition. Please know this happens almost every single time. If this shows up for you, please still expect it to arrive on time. If it does not, again please follow up directly with DHL for updates.
5. Again, due to the temperature sensitivity of the product, we ask that the order is shipped directly to your home or office where it can be put directly into the freezer as soon as it arrives. We will check in with you before sending your order to make sure you will be home or at the office to receive your package.

You will then receive a Paypal request to complete payment. After payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our online store. We will contact you shortly after to arrange delivery.
