About the Flavour
Introducing... the GLOW rendition of the famously loved Snicker's Bar.
First, the bark chocolate base is made with our signature dark chocolate sweetened with minimal amounts of maple syrup and co-sweetened with lucuma and secretly sweetened with a small amount of green stevia.
GLOW Dark Chocolate undergoes several reiki treatments to lighten the bitterness of the chocolate so we can create the most delicious dark chocolate that is extra smooth, silky, rich and dark without the bitterness or waxy/ dryness in many dark chocolate bars.
Next, GLOW dark chocolate is swirled with smooth organic peanut butter, sprinkled with dry roasted organic peanuts and pyramid flakes of Maldon sea salt from Essex England.
Lastly, our new nutrient dense GLOW date caramel made with organic Medjool dates, organic raw vanilla bean powder and fresh pressed virgin coconut oil is smothered on top. Providing that last layer to satisfy that nostalgic chewy caramel + salty crunchy peanut + chocolate flavour combo.

So for every batch, the recipe is customized to bring out the best of the unique flavour notes of the cacao we are working with. We balance flavours using intuitive guidance by both physically adding bit extra coconut oil, cacao, maple - or whatever the chocolate calls for, as well as energetically adjusting the flavours.
