GLOW Chocolate Squares - The 'AM Coffee Break' Chocolate 

As a large chunk of delicious soul level satisfying chocolate, with the addition of a dollop of satisfying cashew creme....We think this is the perfect GLOW chocolate to be a stand-in for the usual pastry enjoyed during the AM coffee break. GLOW Chocolate squares satisfy that hankering for something sweet and indulgent mid morning, while keeping your blood sugars level balanced and energy levels high - so you can maintain your GLOW throughout the day + beyond. 

About the Flavour 

We blended our version of creamy, sweet chocolate flavoured with REAL raw vanilla bean powder, with tart freeze dried raspberries* ~ to create the perfect balance of sweet and tart that any fruit + chocolate lover is such to LOVE.

The addition of a large chunk of a low glycemic freeze dried raspberry displaces the sweeter chocolate, while creating a most delicious and satisfying flavour, creating the illusion of a chocolate that is much more naughty than it actually is. 

I combined our delicious and creamy signature sugar free cashew creme that is normally found on our GLOWBall Truffles from our line of no added sugar products. I blended some of the cashew creme with organic pitaya (dragon fruit) powder which acts as pink food colouring to create a beautiful, fun and non-toxic splash of colour.

The beautiful thing about adding the sugar free cashew creme to the chocolate square is that it both  makes the whole experience more dreamy and more creamy AND helps to keep your blood sugar balanced. The cashew creme 'dresses up' the chocolate with healthy fats and some protein from the cashews and coconut so that the chocolate becomes more satiating. 

It's a win-win all around for your health + taste buds!

*Please note, due to a worldwide shortage of organic raspberries we were unfortunately unable to source any organic ones at this time. Instead we used local freeze dried raspberries that are not certified organic. Energy work + intention was used on the raspberries to make them the best they can be.

Please note, due to ongoing changes in the chocolate industry, we often have to change our suppliers. We rotate between organic raw Ecuadorian cacao and a lightly roasted organic heirloom cacao.
