GLOWBall Truffle Instant Mix Instructions

This mixture is the powder base that can be used to create our most popular GLOWBall Truffle flavour - Caramel Almond Crunch. However, the mixture tastes good with many flavour combinations!

Feel free to sub almond butter for another nut or seed butter of your choice. Play with toppings! See below for creative flavour suggestions.

If you would like to purchase moulds similar to what we use at GLOW, please see links below to purchase.

GLOWBall Truffle Instant Mix Tips!

  • We recommend Naked Coconuts’ fresh pressed Virgin Coconut Oil for best flavour. The quality of coconut oil you use, will make a big difference in how the truffle mix turns out.
  • If possible, use a sprouted almond or nut/seed butter. We source ours from Real Raw Food
  • If you have a nut allergy, try sunflower seed butter or coconut butter. If you choose coconut butter, use coconut chips are a delicious nut free option to sprinkle on top of a bark or any shape you may create.

Recommended Flavour Combinations Beyond Almond Butter

          Tropical Macadamia Nut Crunch

  • Butter : macadamia nut butter | Topping : chopped macadamia nuts and/or cashews and/or coconut chips

    Rose Pistachio Creme

  • Butter : cashew or coconut butter | Topping : chopped pistachios + rose petals

If you are making this into a bark, you can swirl in pistachio butter on the top along with adding in chopped pistachio for extra flavour and texture.

          Double Peanut Unchocolate Crunch
  • Butter : peanut butter | Topping : chopped peanuts OR sunflower seed OR cacao nibs.

If you are making the mix into a bark, you can swirl an extra layer of peanut butter on top for a double peanut experience. Experiment with crunchy peanut butter VS smooth.
